”Mazad” and “Reboot” Launch Partnership to Expand Opportunities for Bahraini Tech Talent

Mazad, Bahrain’s leading digital auction and marketplace platform and a Mumtalakat portfolio company, has partnered with Reboot Coding Institute, the Bahrain-based coding institute powered by the global 01 Edu network, to expand opportunities to Reboot’s graduating cohorts to join its technology teams.

The agreement gives Mazad early visibility of every cohort and a structured route to identify, assess and hire Reboot learners and graduates into engineering, data and product roles. The partnership provides a standing talent pipeline, matched to the pace at which Mazad is scaling its platform.

The partnership advances Mazad’s commitment to building its technology function with Bahraini talent. Reboot’s project-based programme runs on a rigorous system that consistently produces high-calibre developers, a standard that matches the technology ecosystem Mazad has built to scale its platform and deliver its expansion plans. For young Bahraini developers, it opens a clear route into a long-term career at a national platform that is strengthening the digital ecosystem in the Kingdom.
