The majority of our auctions take place online. You can participate on our website or app. We also organize live auctions, and the schedule and venue for these events will be announced on social media.

What is Direct Sale? Is it different than Auction?

Yes, Direct Sale and Auctions are different. Direct Sale allows you to buy assets immediately without participating in an auction. These prices are fixed and you can only add 3 items at a time.

Why do I need to add a deposit?

To take part in the auction, you must first secure a specific amount in your account. The maximum bidding amount you can place in the auction depends on the security deposit you have in your account.

Is the deposit I add refundable?

Yes, your deposit is entirely refundable if there are no outstanding balances with Mazad. Or if you have not completed the purchase or registration of your assets.

Can I use my deposit to pay off an asset I won?

Definitely! You can use the amount you deposited to pay off the asset you have won. Any remaining balance you will need to complete.

Is there a minimum age to be part of the auction?

To participate in any of our auctions, individuals must be at least 18 years old as per the legal age requirement.
