“Mazad” Partners with “Soor” to Elevate Its Customers’ Digital Journey with Integrated Insurance

During Fintech Forward 2026, Mazad, Bahrain’s leading digital auction and marketplace platform and a Mumtalakat portfolio company, announced the signing of a partnership agreement with Soor, the Bahrain-based insurance aggregator, to enable buyers to insure the items they purchase through Mazad within the same seamless digital journey. 

The agreement was signed during the Soor’s participation in the forum, supported by the Labour Fund (Tamkeen), underscoring the event’s role as a platform for fostering strategic partnerships and driving innovation within Bahrain’s fintech ecosystem.

Through the partnership, buyers on Mazad will be able to view and compare insurance options from licensed insurers in Bahrain, select a policy and pay for it on the Mazad platform alongside their purchase. Coverage will be available across multiple categories such as vehicles and properties, all in one seamless process from purchase to protection, offering customers a one-stop-shop.
