Mazad and Procural Sign Strategic MOU at GITEX GLOBAL 2025
Dubai, United Arab Emirates October 2025 – Mazad B.S.C (Closed), Bahrain’s leading digital auction platform, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Procural W.L.L., a Bahrain-based B2B cloud procurement platform, during GITEX GLOBAL 2025 in Dubai.
The signing took place at the Bahrain Pavilion, organized and supported by the Labour Fund (Tamkeen), which showcases 14 innovative Bahraini startups and SMEs from across the ICT sector. Both Mazad and Procural are part of this delegation, representing Bahrain’s growing digital ecosystem and highlighting the Kingdom’s commitment to fostering technology-driven enterprise growth on the global stage.
Through this strategic collaboration, Mazad will utilize Procural’s data-driven e-tendering platform to optimize its procurement processes, enhance transparency, and expand its supplier network. The agreement reflects both organizations’ commitment to promoting digital transformation and operational efficiency across Bahrain’s public and private sectors.
Through the MOU, Procural will provide Mazad with comprehensive access to its digital procurement platform, empowering efficient tender management, bid evaluation, contract oversight, and performance analytics. The partnership further encompasses dedicated support and supplier onboarding initiatives.
