Bahrain’s Judicial Committee for the Settlement of Real Estate Projects Postpones the Amwaj Gateway Auction to December 10. Starting Bid is Fixed at BD 17.5 Million.

Bahrain, 22 November 2018:  Bahrain’s Judicial Committee for the Settlement of Stalled Real Estate Projects, has announced that the Amwaj Gateway development project auction will be postponed to December 10, 2018, with a starting bid of 17,500,000 dinars.

The Committee said that the decision to postpone the Amwaj Gateway project auction comes as part of its efforts in resolving stalled real estate projects and safeguarding the rights of all parties.

The Amwaj Gateway development covers 33,391 square meters of land and will have a total built-up area of around 190,000 square meters once completed. The project consists of 20-storey twin-towers which accommodate 384 apartments and a two-story building comprising of 93 townhouses. The development also includes a 143-room hotel tower.
